Regional Sales Director (Texas Based)

AeroScout seeks experienced and aggressive sales director for the Southwest sales regions to support the rapid growth we are experiencing in the Industrial (manufacturing, transportation and logistics) markets.

Suitable candidates must have both a technical and solution sales background and at least 5 years of experience in enterprise customer sales. Prior experience working in a rapidly growing startup company is a must. This position reports to the Vice President of North America Sales. This person will be a key part of the North America sales team, supported by technical pre-sales, and will need to work closely with AeroScout professional services. The fast-growing AeroScout organization presents plenty of opportunities for career growth.


Texas Based Representation Needed

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to consistently reach and exceed sales quotas
  • Technical background, including both enterprise software and hardware (WLAN, real-time location system or active RFID is preferred)
  • Willingness to travel (60%)
  • Ability to develop and support VAR channel in target markets
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
  • BS Degree minimum
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
