Avery More, Founder and Managing Partner, Eureka Ventures

Avery More brings over thirty years of technology expertise to his leadership role at AeroScout. Mr. More has founded and guided start-ups, managed publicly traded corporations and led mergers, acquisitions and IPOs for over 20 companies during the past 30 years.

As founder and managing partner for Eureka Ventures, a Dallas, Texas-based Executive VC company, Mr. More has taken an active management role with numerous technology companies, including TruLogica Software, Tonic Software, AirWave Wireless, iService.com, PC Service Source, ComputerCity, Intellis and TeKnowlogy Learning Centers. Prior to founding Eureka Ventures, he was Founder and CEO of CompuCom where his strategic direction and vision led the company to become over a $1Billion publicly traded company.

In addition to AeroScout, Mr. More is currently the executive chairman of the board of Layered Media, Adventenna, Phynomics and a board member of SolarEdge.

Yuval Bar-Gil, CEO and Co-Founder, AeroScout, Inc.

Mr. Bar-Gil brings a wealth of business experience to his leadership role at AeroScout. Prior to co-founding AeroScout, Mr. Bar-Gil was a consultant at Bain & Company (London, San Francisco). At Bain he advised LBO funds on investments in a variety of industries and developed business strategies for market leaders in several high technology industries.

Earlier, Mr. Bar-Gil worked as part of a team at Elisra Electronic Systems that developed and marketed high-end electronic systems. Mr. Bar-Gil holds Bachelors degrees (Hons.) in Accounting and Law from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Guy Sella, Partner/Investment Manager, STAR Ventures

Mr. Guy Sella joined STAR in 2004. Mr. Sella holds B.Sc. in Management and Production Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology where he also trained in Mechanical Engineering and Physics.

Isaac Hillel, Managing General Partner, Pitango Venture Capital

Mr. Isaac Hillel has extensive experience in international general management in the IT industry, with strong knowledge of the European marketplace. Prior to joining Pitango in early 2000, Mr. Hillel served as an Executive Vice President at NEC Computers International (previously Packard Bell NEC) ("NEC"), in charge of the Computer Divisions in Europe, Middle East and Africa. During his tenure at NEC, he established the operation in Europe, set up subsidiaries and manufacturing facilities across Europe, managed mergers and joint ventures, and led the company to become the leading brand in the computer market with over $1.5 billion in sales.

Mr. Hillel also served as a Board member of nine subsidiaries of NEC, a member of NEC's Executive Committee, and Chairman of its Worldwide Internet Strategy Committee. He previously held several marketing positions with consumer electronics maker Casio PhoneMate.

Mr. Hillel holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.

Douglas C. Carlisle, Managing Director, Menlo Ventures

Mr. Carlisle joined Menlo Ventures in 1982. Prior to Menlo Ventures, he worked as a design engineer at ROLM Corporation. At Menlo, he focuses primarily on information technology companies. His recent investments and board seats include: A4Vision, Adomo, DriveCam, ePAC, FutureTrade Technologies, IntelliDOT Corporation, IronPort Systems, LiveOps, Nexxo, nLight Photonics, Open Solutions (OPEN) and ProfitLine. His prior investments and board seats include: Carrier Access Corporation (CACS); Cyras Systems, acquired by CIENA Corp. (CIEN); Efficient Networks (EFNT); Hotmail, acquired by Microsoft (MSFT); Kalpana, acquired by Cisco (CSCO); and Pyxis, acquired by Cardinal Health (CAH).

Mr. Carlisle is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.S. in Electrical Engineering), Stanford University Graduate School of Business (M.B.A.) and Stanford University Law School (J.D.).
