The T3 Tag is the most feature-rich tag available, featuring a small, low-profile shape that sits nearly flush with the asset it is affixed to. With its long battery life, convenient small size, built-in choke-point capabilities, standard issue multiple call-button messaging, motion sensor, dual LED indicators, telemetry functionality and more, the T3 Tag is the ideal Real-Time Visibility Solution tag that takes enterprise business beyond just location and asset tracking.
Sleek Design and Small Form-Factor:
The AeroScout T3 Tag is slim and sleek “credit card” size tag that allows for convenient and unobtrusive attachment to very small or oddly-shaped assets. The size makes the T3 Tag ideal for people tracking and use as an “ID Badge” for personnel or visitors. The T3 Tag also has a multi-use cradle mount that can be used in conjunction with the tamper-proof features for asset tracking and other applications and solutions.
Multiple Call Buttons and LEDs:
AeroScout T3 Tags come standard with two call buttons for greater variance and control in messaging capabilities as well as two LEDs for unique visual indications on tag status. The enables advanced functionality from a single Tag unit such as asset status updates as well as emergency reporting from the same device and location.
Sensor and Telemetry Capabilities:
AeroScout T3 Tags include an external serial interface for data retrieval from host devices. The tags can retrieve valuable data such as fuel gauge, mileage, or pressure measurements from the host periodically, and send that data wirelessly in addition to the location messages.
Tamper Alert Feature:
AeroScout T3 Tags include a mechanism built-in for theft prevention and high-security areas. This can be used with or without the Tag Cradle Mount and automatically sends an alert if it is removed or tampered with.
Choke Point Detection Capabilities:
T3 Tags include the same unique built-in choke-point function for Real-Time Location Solutions (RTLS). Using the AeroScout Exciter, the tags can be detected with high accuracy at a constrained area (such as a shelf or small room) or trigger immediate alerts as they pass through a choke point (such as a doorway or gate).
Tag Programmability and Storage:
The T3 Tag can store pre-programmed messages that can be received by the wireless network infrastructure. The messages can be pre-programmed by the Tag Manager software or programmed on the fly by an AeroScout Exciter.
Long Battery Life:
The T3 Tag provides up to 4 years battery life, ensuring that the smaller size doesn’t sacrifice the life expectancy of the AeroScout Active RFID Tag line. In addition, the tags’ built-in motion sensor intelligently conserves battery life and offers enhanced tracking, by enabling separate transmission intervals for tags when they are stationary or in motion.
